Rev. Dr. Raymond C. Lee, Founder, Chairman and Co-CEO
The Rev. Dr. Raymond C. Lee is founder, Chairman and co-CEO of Oasis Development Enterprises, Inc. (formed 1995), and Chairman of East-West Enterprises Co. Ltd (formed 1992). Together, these companies form the foundation of the Oasis group of real estate investment and development companies in the United States.
Rev. Lee is responsible for the group’s global company business strategy and planning, including overall capital and debt management, key decision making in acquisition and sales, management team leadership, and directs corporate giving while initiating and maintaining primary relationships with the various Boards of Directors, private and institutional investors, lenders and other corporate business leaders. Rev. Lee also manages family business interests in Hong Kong as Executive Vice President of H.Y. & H.T. Lee Brothers & Co., Ltd. and M.W. Lee and Sons Enterprises Ltd. Rev. Lee has served on the boards of various community, corporate and charitable organizations both in the United States and Asia.
Rev. Lee is a trustee of Gordon College, the founding director of the Gordon College East-West Institute and was previously vice president of the Gordon College Foundation, assistant professor of religious studies, member of the President’s Cabinet and Dean of the Chapel. Rev. Lee holds a bachelor of arts degree with high honors from Swarthmore University, a master in education degree (Phi Delta Kappa) from Harvard University, a master of arts in theological studies (cum laude) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and an honorary doctoral degree in business management from Armstrong University.
Mrs. Priscilla H. Lee, Co-founder, Co-CEO and Senior Leasing Manager
Mrs. Lee is responsible for Oasis’s global company business strategy and planning, including overall capital and debt management, key decision making in acquisition and sales, and management team leadership. In recent years, she has take on the leadership and oversight of our commercial property leasing.
Mrs. Lee holds a bachelor of music degree from the New England Conservatory of Music and a master of arts in theological studies degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She has won numerous piano performance awards and was a licentiate of the Royal School of Music. Mrs. Lee is actively involved in a variety of community and non-profit groups and has addressed audiences around the world. She leads studies for women in leadership and frequently preaches throughout China and Hong Kong. In the past, she has given much of her time to programs for at-risk Cambodian youths in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Alongside her husband, Mrs. Lee has been a keynote speaker at the American, Hong Kong and Canadian chambers of commerce, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University, Ling Nan University and the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing. She was a featured speaker in the Crimson China Cultural Exchange program as well as the Global MBA program at Chinese University in Hong Kong. She is an inspirational speaker, and along with her husband, is a popular guest on radio talk shows in Hong Kong. She has been interviewed and published in numerous articles for periodicals such as Capital Magazine, Hong Kong Business magazine, the South China Morning Post and the Sing Tao Newspaper in Vancouver, BC.
Jodie S. Garzón, Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller
Ms. Garzón is responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, including the development of a financial and operational strategy metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Ms. Garzón began her career in non-profit finance and management in 1995, and joined Oasis in 1997. Ms. Garzón has a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs-Development from Gordon College in Wenham, MA. She has pursued further studies in real estate financial analysis and development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and in urban economic analysis from Boston University.
As a resident of Millis, Massachusetts Ms. Garzón is involved in several church and community organizations, including Chairing the Millis Cultural Council, Vice Chair of the Finance Committee for the Town of Millis and serving in various leadership roles at the Christ the King Lutheran Church of Holliston. She speaks English and Spanish and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Barnabas J. Lee, Commercial Property Manager
Mr. Lee is responsible for tenant management and property maintenance oversight of our commercial properties in Newton, Wellesley, Danvers and Needham. Mr. Lee began his career with Oasis in 2011. Mr. Lee has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gordon College in Wenham, MA. As a resident of Lynn, Massachusetts, Mr. Lee is involved in several church and community organizations, including serving as mentor through East Coast International Church in Lynn.
Carol Brogna, Residential Property Manager
Ms. Brogna is coordinates property acquisitions and provides daily management of all residential properties in Lynn, MA, including the management of tenants, property improvement project management, and managing property service personnel. She is also responsible for managing the bookkeeping and payroll for our US offices in a thorough, detailed and organized manner.
A life-long resident of Lynn, Massachusetts, Ms. Brogna began her career with Oasis in 1999 in the business office and has been managing residential properties in Lynn for more than thirty years.
