As owners and property managers, our job is to maintain safe and comfortable buildings for our residents. We invest a great deal of time, money, and energy into each of our properties, and ask that each tenant keep a clean home, a clean and safe building, and pay rent on time.
Please promptly notify us of any items in need of repair – we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible thereafter. Except for emergency situations, please try and notify us during normal business hours (M-F, 9-5). Emergencies involving any immediate health and safety matter should be handled by the appropriate governmental agency (police, fire, and paramedic). Rent payments must be received by the first of the month. This means if you are mailing your payment you must mail it early enough for us to receive it by the first of the month. You can make payments by sending checks or money orders to:

If you are paying by money order, always make payments out to EWE Properties Inc. If you are paying by cash, you may be able to drop it off at our office in Lynn at 70 Munroe Street, Suite A, Lynn. Please call 781-592-6111 to make sure someone is available to receive your payment at our office. Please note it is your responsibility to make your rent payment on time, by the first of the month.
