GOLDBLOCK is a mixed-use development project nine miles north of Boston in Downtown Lynn.

Phase I - the renovation of the Tolman and Belkin buildings - was completed in 2001.

Phase II - the renovation of the 35,000sf Sherry Building into office and residential condominiums was completed in 2004. Nineteen 2BR residential condos in the four floors above-grade are priced between $240,000 and $350,000. Phase III - the acquisition and demolition of the Tucker Building (former Lynn Hardware) in 2004 marked the final stage in preparing this 16,000sf site for redevelopment.
