| The
Goldblock Redevelopment Project - Phase II
The Sherry Building consists of 35,000 square
feet of commercial and residential space in a
five-story brick structure which used to house
the Goldberg Furniture Building. The property
was land banked from 1995 to 2001, after which
time Oasis began a major redevelopment of the
building as part of Phase II of the Goldblock
Redevelopment Project.
The ground floor was converted into four
office condominiums while the upper four
floors were developed into 19 residential
one- and two-bedroom units, now known as
the Sherry Block Condominiums. Like the
Tolman and Belkin buildings, the Sherry
building is exceptionally well located,
just one block from the MBTA Commuter Rail
station and within a two-block radius of
groceries, laundry services, banks and restaurants.
On-site parking is available to all condominium
owners in a 90-space dedicated parking lot
off Oxford Street.
