The Sherry Building consists of 35,000 square feet of commercial and residential space in a five-story brick structure which used to house the Goldberg Furniture Building. The property was land banked from 1995 to 2001, after which time Oasis began a major redevelopment of the building as part of Phase II of the Goldblock Redevelopment Project.

The ground floor was converted into four office condominiums while the upper four floors were developed into 19 residential one- and two-bedroom units, now known as the Sherry Block Condominiums.
